A discussion paper that explores sources of inequity in the Australian healthcare system and their impact on the non-medical surgical assistant has been published in the Australian Journal of Advanced Nursing.
This publication contributes to doctoral research undertaken by PhD candidate Toni Hains from the UQ School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work (SNMSW) Our researcher Dr David Rowell is a co-author of the work and a co-supervisor of this PhD, along with Dr Haakan Strand (SNMSW).
